multilevel deck in Winnipeg
This delightful new deck was a replacement for an existing structure, but we made an entirely new design featuring two levels, consisting of a ground deck and a raised deck. Multi-level decks are great for entertaining bigger groups of people and allow for better use of your back yard.
As this project was bigger than the existing structure, we applied for the proper permits. The aluminum railing system gives the deck a modern vibe and also allows a less interrupted view.
We put the higher portion of the deck on screw piles, a large metal auger-style anchor that helps prevent frist heave but also it easier to install and more cost effective than concrete.
